Detection Principle

The YC-750 practical zinc ion/total zinc analyzer is designed and developed according to the standard "Xylenol Orange spectrophotometric method". Zinc can react with a color reagent in a certain environment to form a stable complex, and then its absorbance is measured by spectrophotometry. The absorbance of zinc ions/total zinc is measured by spectrophotometry at a specific wavelength. After calculation by the instrument chip, the value of zinc/total zinc in water quality (mg/L) is directly displayed.
